The story of my passion for rallying began when I bought a video camera for my 18th birthday. Immediately, I used it to capture the WRC stage of Germany in Trier under the Youtube channel Panne1992. This first experience marked the beginning of my “rally career. Unfortunately, after 10 years I had to end this first chapter for medical reasons.

Soon after, I was approached by the then Powerslide team asking if I wanted to design and co-write a digital magazine. With great pride and dedication, we worked for hours to create a unique magazine. Over a period of two years, we released no less than 12 editions, each averaging 100 pages thick.

After my time at Powerslide, I was given the opportunity to work at RM Magazine, where I once again got to take charge of the graphic side of a magazine. Here I was given the freedom to incorporate my own style into the well-known magazine.

Due to family reasons, I decided to slow down a bit. Yet it soon became clear that the rally bug had bitten me too hard to sit still. That’s why I started MijnRally.be. Although I stumbled a bit in the early years when launching, I eventually found the right medium and MijnRally.be grew into what it is today.
